- Who counts as a person?
- Anyone who takes appointments. Admins, office managers and front desk who don't see clients are free.
- What if I add someone mid-month?
- You're billed for the rest of that month, prorated, on your next bill. Removing someone lowers the bill from the next month.
- What happens after the 30 days?
- Add a card on the web to carry on. If you don't, new bookings pause; nothing is deleted, and paying turns them back on.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page.
