Otpho has no passwords. You sign in with your mobile number, and we text you a code to prove it's yours.
Sign in
- Open the Otpho app. You see Sign in with your phone.
- Type your number in Mobile number. Only US numbers work for now.
- Tap Send code. By tapping it, you agree to get texts from Otpho about your sign-in and appointments.
- On Enter the code, type the 6-digit code from the text. Your iPhone may offer the code above the keyboard, so you can tap it instead.
The code is checked as soon as the sixth digit goes in. If you typed the wrong number, tap Change number.
If the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work
- Wait for the countdown, then tap Send a new code.
- If you see "That code didn't work," check the digits or tap Send a new code.
- If you ask for too many codes or make too many tries, the app tells you how many minutes to wait.
Joining a team from an invitation
If someone at your business invited you, open the invitation link on your iPhone.
- On Join and the business's name, tap Continue with your phone and sign in as above.
- Tap Join. If you're already signed in with a different number, tap Use another number first.
- On You're in, tap Go to Today.
Invitation links work for 7 days. If yours has expired, ask the person who invited you to send a new one.
"We need to confirm this account"
If your number hasn't signed in to Otpho for a long time, you see We need to confirm this account. Phone numbers get reassigned, so we check the account is yours first. Tap Email support and write to support@otpho.com from the address you use with Otpho.
Signing out
Go to Settings and tap Sign out.
