Otpho can tell you on your iPhone when someone books, cancels or changes an appointment, so you don't have to keep checking the app. Each person chooses their own, in each business they're part of.
Turn them on
Otpho asks once whether to turn notifications on: when you finish setting up your business, or the first time you open Today. Tap Turn on, then Allow when your iPhone asks.
If you tapped Not now, or turned them off later:
- Tap Settings, then Your notifications.
- Tap Turn on. If your iPhone has already been told no, this opens the iPhone's Settings; turn on Allow Notifications there.
Choose what you hear about
In Settings, Your notifications, turn each on or off:
- New bookings
- Cancellations and changes
Owners, admins and office managers also have Appointments: Everyone at my offices (the default), or Just my own appointments. Everyone else hears about their own appointments.
You're never told about a change you made yourself.
Open the appointment
Tap a notification to open that appointment in the app.
Signing out
When you sign out, that iPhone stops getting notifications. Sign in again to get them back.
