Tracking links show where your bookings come from. Each link goes to your booking page with a name of your choosing on the end, such as book.otpho.com/your-name?src=flyer.
Owners and admins can add and remove tracking links.
Add a tracking link
- Tap Settings, then Booking page.
- Tap Tracking links.
- Tap Add a tracking link.
- Enter a name for where it goes, like flyer, instagram or google. Don't use anything personal, such as a customer's name.
- Tap Add.
Names are made lowercase, and spaces become hyphens. "Spring flyer" becomes spring-flyer.
Copy or share a link
- On Tracking links, tap the link.
- Tap Copy link or Share.
Use a different link in each place, such as one on a flyer and another in an ad, so you can compare them.
What's counted
Tracking links shows the bookings made this month through each link. Website button is always there first: it counts bookings from your website button.
These aren't counted:
- Bookings made by staff in the app.
- Bookings from your plain booking page address, with no name on the end.
When you open an appointment that came through a link, its Booked line shows where it came from, such as "Online, from flyer".
Remove a tracking link
- On Tracking links, tap the link.
- Tap Remove.
- Tap Remove again to confirm.
The link stops being counted. Bookings it already brought this month still show, marked Removed. You can't remove the Website button link.
