You can change or cancel your appointment yourself, using the link in the messages we send you. You don't need to sign in.
Find your link
Your confirmation and your reminder each have a Change or cancel link. Use the link in your newest message.
Change the time
- Open the link. You see Your appointment, with when, what, and where.
- Tap Change time.
- Tap a day, then a time. You see times for the same service and person.
- Tap the button that starts Change to, followed by your new time.
You see Moved. A new confirmation is on its way with a new link. The old link stops working.
Cancel
- Open the link.
- Tap Cancel appointment.
- Tap Yes, cancel it. To keep the appointment, tap Keep it.
You see Appointment cancelled. The business is told, and a confirmation is on its way. You can't undo this, but you can tap Book again to make a new booking.
The cut-off
Each business decides how close to the appointment you can still change or cancel online. Your appointment page says the time: "You can change or cancel online until" that time.
After the cut-off, the page says it's too late to change or cancel online. Call the office instead. If the business has a phone number, the page shows a button to call it.
If the link has expired
You see This link has expired. Links stop working once an appointment has started, or after it's been changed or cancelled. Use the link in your newest message, or call the office. You can also tap Book again.
If a time was just taken
If someone else takes the time you picked, nothing changes. Tap Pick another time.
