Billing and your plan

Add a card, see your plan and invoices, and switch between monthly and yearly, on otpho.com/billing.

A business's owners manage billing on the web, at otpho.com/billing. Admins and others on the team can't open it.

Sign in

  1. Go to otpho.com/billing.
  2. Enter the phone number you use in the Otpho app, and tap Text me a code.
  3. Enter the code from the text, and tap Sign in.

If you own more than one business, choose which one. Switch business changes it later.

Add a card

During the free trial, choose Monthly or Yearly (two months free), then tap Add a card. Stripe's secure checkout opens; it asks for your card and your billing address, and adds tax where it applies.

Your first charge is on the trial's last day, so nothing is charged while you're trying Otpho. If you add a card with less than two days of the trial left, the first charge is straight away.

Your plan

Your plan shows:

  • the base price, which includes one person who takes appointments;
  • each more person who takes appointments, and what they add;
  • this month's texts, against your allowance;
  • your next bill, before tax.

Adding someone in the app adds them to the next bill, prorated for the rest of the period. Deactivating someone lowers the bill from the next period, with no credit for this one.

Texts over your allowance

Texts past your monthly allowance cost 2¢ each. When the month ends, they're added to your next invoice as Texts over the allowance. If you pay yearly, they come on a small invoice of their own each month, charged to your card.

Manage billing

Manage billing opens Stripe, where you can change your card, see and download invoices, update your billing address or tax ID, and cancel. Cancelling stops at the end of the period you've paid for.

Switch to yearly (or Switch to monthly) changes how often you pay. The change is prorated.

If a payment fails

The page says Payment failed and when online bookings will pause. Everything keeps working for 7 days while Stripe tries the card again. Tap Update card to change it and pay.

If it isn't paid in time, the business is Paused: new bookings stop, but appointments already booked carry on with their reminders, and nothing is deleted. Tap Pay and unpause, and bookings open again as soon as it's paid.
