You can delete your Otpho account in the app at any time. Deleting can't be undone.
Before you start
If you're the only owner of a business, you can't delete your account yet. Make someone else an owner first, in Settings, then People and access. See Move someone to another group.
Delete your account
- Tap Settings, then Your account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read What happens, then tap Delete account.
- Enter your Mobile number, the one you sign in with, and tap Send code.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the text.
- Tap Delete my account.
The app signs you out. If you change your mind before the last step, tap Keep my account.
What's erased
- Your phone number and email address are erased, and messages stop.
- You leave every business you're staff in.
- Upcoming appointments you booked as a customer are cancelled, and those businesses are told.
What's kept
Businesses keep the appointments you had with them, as their records.
