You can belong to more than one business with the same account, for example if you work at two practices. You sign in once, and switch between them in the app.
Join another business
Someone at the other business invites you. Open the link in their text and tap Join. You join with the account you're signed in with. See Invite someone to sign in.
Switch business
- Tap Settings.
- Tap your business at the top. It shows your group and switch business.
- Choose the business you want.
You can also tap the business's name at the top of Today.
If you belong to only one business, the business at the top of Settings can't be tapped.
Things to know
- The app opens to the business you chose last time.
- Your group can be different in each business. You might be an owner in one and an employee in another. What you see in Settings changes with it.
- You have one name and one number for every business. Change your name in Your account.
