Each person has their own weekly hours at each office they work at. Customers can book them only inside both their hours and the office's opening hours.
Owners, admins and office managers can change working hours. Office managers can do this for people at their own offices.
Change someone's hours
- Tap Team, then tap their name.
- Tap Working hours.
- If they work at more than one office, tap the office at the top.
- Tap a row of days to change it, or tap Add hours to add more days.
- Pick the Days, then use − and + to set Opens and Closes, half an hour at a time.
- To split the day, tap Add a break. To take it out again, tap Remove the break.
- Tap Done.
- Tap Save hours.
To take a set of days out of their week, open that row and tap Remove these hours. Days with no hours are days off. If you remove every row, they can't be booked at that office from the start date.
Start the change on a later date
New hours start today unless you choose a later day.
- On Working hours, tap Starts.
- Pick the first day the new hours apply.
- Set the hours and tap Save hours.
Days before the start date keep their old hours. The earliest you can pick is today, or the day they start at that office if that's later.
If you've already scheduled a change, it's listed under Already set. Saving replaces any change already set for the same date or later, and the screen tells you which ones.
Appointments outside the new hours
Appointments already booked aren't moved or cancelled. If some now fall outside the new hours, you'll see how many after saving. They stay booked and show in Needs attention until you move, cancel or keep them.
Hours are in the office's time zone. Someone can't have hours at two offices at the same time; the app tells you if the new hours overlap another office's.
